Looking into getting on the seat deals... but want some feedback from people that have them.
I'm not picky... wanna fit in them... hope it has good support... and has to be leather.

I bought them and sold them within a week. I wasn't happy with the fit or quality.

While I haven't had as bad an experience as Kevin, I will say that I am probably going to get rid of the Corbeau A4s that I just bought. They are pretty good seats (especially for the price) but there are a couple of things I don't like about mine:
Height: I sit about 1" higher than with my stock seats. While this isn't really a problem for me (5'9") and is a good compromise for my wife (5'1"), it did take a little getting used too.
Lumbar padding: The lumbar padding has a very pronounced ridge that can be uncomfortable. If I was going to keep them I'd definitely have to shave that down some.
Flip forward: The flip forward doesn't work like our stock seats, but instead resets to the default upright position after flipping forward. This is a real pain in the rear since I carry our daughters fairly often in the car.

Other than those few things I really like them. They have very good side support, and while the quality isn't outstanding, it is very good for the price you pay for them. By the way, if you decide you could live with some cloth A4s, PM me and I'll make you a deal.

Me? Stock seats baby!!!

I've not been in the mood to lose another $250 in a week by trying another set that does not work. So, I've not done anything. I'm considering a Sparco Evo II (or III) and a bracket and just swapping seats around. But, I've done nothing so far. I'd think I could use TA seats with a 5 point and an Autopower cage and I may be heading that way, but I'm not sure it's worth buying the seats. I put it back to "stock" and have been working on loosening the steering column, one event at a time (from hanging onto the wheel).

Until I can afford to replace them, I'm stuck with Forza IIs. They are poorly made (quickly faded, thigh bolsters slipped, and seams unraveled within the first three months of use) considering that the car sees less than 50 miles /week other than track use (5-6events per season). Even the stock seats were better made. Also, even with shimming, there is an issue with proper headroom with a helmet. Save your money; buy something better or stay with the OEM units .

sorry my english... but I don't seem to fully understand this section:

what faded ? the color ?
bolsters slipped how ? were they extra padding you added ?
where did the seams unravel ? have any pix ?

did any of you get the lumbar support option ?
not sure if I should take it.
am thinking about getting the extra 1/2" trimmed from the butt section so that I'm not to highly-seated and will also help being more tucked in the seat.

I ended up getting the Recaro Speed with a Recaro adapter. I like the seat a lot. I didn't seem to loose headroom, but that's on a car without power adjustors. I'm 6'2" but not that tall from the waist up. It's tight but no clearance problems with the helmet on. The way the seat bolts to the bracket you do have some adjustability with 3 attachment holes. I have the rear of the seat set at the lowest position with the front attaching point at the highest. If you were to cut off a little of the front attachment bracket you could get it even lower still.

The lumbar support is an ineffective waste of money from Corbeau, I actually laughed at the crappy cardboard and plastic bladder and bulb when I unwrapped it!

You could just as easily add padding of some sort behind the lower seat back, where the $40 'lumbar support'...ahem... installs.

Eugenio, don't be afraid to try your hand at modding that bracket. IMO, that one change added alot of value to the whole Corbeau experience for me. Obviously, with a seat, fit is paramount, and it really sucks to not be able to test drive one or two.
