I have 97 TA and installed bolt-on lower trailing arm relocation brackets. I already had lowering springs and Koni SA/DAs. Problem is, I now have a wobble/vibration coming through my seat at speeds above 90mph. I am not sure if the vibration was a result of the bracket install. Is an alignment recommended after changing brackets? I was thinking that it might just be "time" to balance my aluminum drive shaft again?? Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Check to make sure the rear is centered and square. If it is slightly off it can cause that problem.
