Up for sale is my LS6 Intake. It was original OEM equipment for the 2001 - 2002 Fbodies and all GM vehicles originally equipped with an LS6 or an LS2 engine. It will out flow the stock LS1 piece. Will fit all LS1 / LS6 / LS2 Cathedral port heads, but it WILL NOT FIT L92 / LS3 rectangle port heads. $340 OBO plus shipping if the buyer isn't local to Knoxville / E. Tennessee Region. Pics to follow.

It threw a rod at an autocross.

Needless to say, I haven't cleaned out the intake, and it will need to be cleaned out with a high pressure hose before it goes on another engine.

How confident are you that there is no damage to the intake?

Very. I'd be cleaning it out and reusing it myself except I've moved on to an L92 / LS3 setup. If requested, I'll be happy to take closer shots of the ports or any other part of the intake. The worst that I have seen are the metal shavings that I took a picture of, there are no hunks / pieces of plastic missing. I'd be happy to put you touch with the mechanic that is pulling my old motor apart / building my new one if you want. He doesn't work for a major shop, but thats probably the best I can do for independant verification.

Price is also very negotiable. I need to get rid of it so I can order the cam for my new motor.
