I got this stuff years ago from an old time silicon valley process equipment shop that was liquidating. All the small stuff is new, some of the larger stuff is used.
I'm asking $2/lb for the ferrous bits $4/lb for the stainless $6/lb for the vented all prices plus shipping first up, #4, #6, #8 stainless philips panhead machine screws (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5374.JPG) next, a bag of #8 stainless screws, they look rusty but they are non magnetic. (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5376.JPG) and, a whole bunch of #4 screws, not stainless (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5377.JPG) and a bunch of stainless 3/8"NF x 4" with washers. used. they are passivated or plated with a bronze color (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5379.JPG) this is a mishmash of stuff - the allthread is stainless 1/4"NC, the rest is M8, M10 and M12 stainless with nuts and washers. nuts are labeled 304 (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5380.JPG) These are all stainless, M6/M8/M10/M12, most heads are labeled A2-70 KKT or NBK. The A2 designates 304SS. The M8/M10/M12 in the foreground are ventilated - drilled thru the center. Retail pricing on ventilated SS screws is crazy, if you think you'll ever need them, snap them up now. These grades of stainless are not particularly strong, so not for use in suspension or other critical apps. (IMG:http://www.blainefabrication.com/projects/2012_08_23/IMG_5381.JPG) |

A guy came by today and bought all the small stainless screws, and the oval bin of larger stainless stuff.
I still have the big yellow bin of ferrous #4 screws, the bronze colored SAE 3/8"NF x 4", and the stainless metric screws in the bottom pic, including all the vented screws. |
