FRRAX.com was organized late in December of 2003. It was founded as a forum where F-body road racers, open trackers, and autocrossers could discuss matters freely and openly. Years ago a tight knit group of racers found themselves being censored to please "sponsorship" and technical discussion was drowning in a sea of street racing and car wax discussions. You won’t find car wax discussions, drifting, bling, street racing/Darwin, sponsors that are moderators, or signature pictures but you will find serious tech.

Unlike other forums you may post whatever you want about a vendor or product-as long as you can do so in a mature fashion and provide data. Censorship does not exist here and will not be tolerated.

Our focus is geared towards cars and drivers that are actively participating in, or will soon be actively participating in autocross, road racing, HPDE, open track days, SCCA, NASA, AV8SS, etc. We know some of these cars are driven on the street and we know that "dual purpose" questions will arise (and we will gladly handle those), but we are primarily not a street car forum and suggest www.ls1lt1.com, LS1tech.com, LS1.com, LS2.com, CamaroZ28.com, Thirdgen.org and several others for that purpose. FRRAX is a place for mature, intelligent, and respectful discourse. We expect members to carry themselves in a professional manner.

One last thing. Please avoid placing pictures in your signature. They clutter the board and make the threads hard to follow. Some of the pictures have been less than tasteful as well, so we do not allow sig pics here. We try to keep sigs to 5 lines (give or take) or less to avoid the same clutter problem. You won't see many sigs here with every mod on the car listed in them. Almost every car on this board is extensively modified, so we tend to be tough to impress and prefer our sigs "simple".
