Usually they need to be mounted between the top hole and the factory hole in the axle to get the LCA's level. Having them running down hill (to the axle) can result in roll oversteer. Drive it and see how it feels. The rear mounting point of the arm is 3/8" lower than front mounting point, which I deemed more desirable than the top hole. Having it on the top hole would still allow the arm to be lower on the front mounting point, than the rear. That may be close enough. The more severe the angle, the worse the geometry problems become. Just wanted to make sure you were aware of the potential issues. Having the front lower than the axle creates roll understeer. See what setting you like. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I still want that car. (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) |

As my wife says, I just keep our cars in great condition so the next owners can enjoy and benefit from all the nonsense I go through maintaining and tinkering with them. |

OP, doesn't seems like you are too motivated to sell if you are still modding it (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Nice young kid from MD came up, with a few buddies. Trailered it home. Will be his 1st manual. Claims he wants to do exhaust and an ls6 intake manifold. He'll enjoy it. Happy for him. |
