Hello All,
Signed up a little while ago and figured I would do my introduction. I have had three 4th gen Camaro's a 2000, 2001, and currently my 02' Z28. I have had my current one since 03' when I was stationed at Pope AFB NC. I did a few drag races there at Fayetteville track while I was in NC and ran a best of 12.8 at 109 with the car pretty much bone stock (lid and ported throttle). After Pope AFB I was stationed in Germany (05-07 and 09-12) I was about 40 min from Nurburgring and once I tried that track I said screw 1/4 mile crap. I focused on handling aspects of the car and left the power stuff mostly stock. I separated the air force in 2013 and have been here in Utah since then. I just recently installed a cam/intake and supporting mods, and took the car down to the local drag and did a best of 13.9 with a nice high DA of 7800' with it being so hot that day. I don't have the car set up for drag at all, so although I am a little disappointed in the time, I can’t get too upset. I am looking to hit up the local race track here called Utah Motorsports Campus (formerly Miller Motorsports) but haven’t found anyone here who knows the ins and outs of the track yet to get a trip planned. I know there are plenty of great cars on here and my car is nowhere near setup like some of yours but here is a rundown of most of my current mods. Current Mods/setup: 02 Artic White Z28, M6, T-top, LCA relocation, Adj LCA's, Adj TqArm, Panhard relocation, Adj Panhard, Shock tower brace, 3-point SFC, Road Race K-Member, Boxed Lower A-Arms, Solid Motor Mounts(All UMI) Strano Sway bars/Springs. Hooker LT, 3"True Dual with H-pipe, 1 chamber flowmasters, Monster LT1-S Dual Clutch, 233/239 TSP Cam, C5R Race Timing Chain, PRC Dual Springs, FAST 102, NW 102 TB, Turn One PS Pump, 2010 Camaro Brembo front brake swap....430HP/390Tq. Thanks for the add, and I look forward to learning from you all! - Chris This post has been edited by ChrisInUtah: Jun 29 2016, 08:20 PM |

Welcome aboard! Looks like you have the car pretty well set up already. Was that done on stock heads or did I miss them in your list (I read it a couple times, but it's early).

That seems like really impressive amounts of power from stock heads. Not that it's a little cam, but that's still good output.
