I assume this is the stage 2 they claim is good to 600hp?
Disk & Pressure plate only or is there a flywheel too?

yes stage 2, just the disk/pressure plate with alignment tool, shim, and new slave cylinder bolts

I do have a spare flywheel that was resurfaced about 15k miles ago I can include for another $50
