I'm looking for a 2D file for a lever action rifle or something along those lines.

Do you need help opening a .dxf file that you already have? Or you don't have this file at all but want one? I can help with the former.

Glenn,
have you checked out either of these places? I didn't search to see if they had lever-action http://www.the-blueprints.com/vectordrawin...and/rifles/304/ http://www.3dcadbrowser.com/browse.aspx?category=64 If you find one you like at the 3D place, I think I have a pre-paid download left. I could most likely convert it to 2D if it imports properly (usually come in as surfaces with a ton of extra lines, instead of a solid). Jim |

I want to lazer cut an award for the Hallett event. I have a source for the lazer and the metal (free) but need to provide my own DFX file for the lazer.
I also want to add event data somewhere. I only need to make 2 of these. Input welcome. I didn't think this was going to be this hard. |

Glenn, is this from Jerry? Are you sure it's not a regular autocad DXF file he needs? I talked to him about a airbox and I'm pretty sure he just needed a .DXF
.DFX do exist for some programs I'm not familiar with. If .DXF is all you need, along with Jim, I can also trace something out. You just want an outline of something like this? http://petticoatsandpistols.com/wp-content..._yellow_boy.jpg Email sent This post has been edited by Alien: May 10 2012, 03:35 PM |
