HELLO EVERYONE im new to road racing and looking to get my license and build a CMC or CMC2 camaro in the next two years. I am also into drag racing so thats why it will probably take two years. Im trying to decide what car to build i have 4 3rd gen camaro's around here and 1 4th gen camaro and 2 2nd gen camaro's but the 2nd gens i would have to build for a different class. So i guess it's between the 3rd gen or 4th gen ??? only time will tell

I'm in a similar situation as you, except I have been doing HPDE's with my 4th gen. I would like to be able to be racing next year, but if it happens, it won't be until late in the season. I'm sure others can help you with the choice of which car to race. It's probably going to come down to which ever one you want. I'm partial to 4th gens though (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/burnout.gif) Get yourself on the track as much as you can. HPDE's are a blast, and you learn a lot. Steve |
