After months of my self being modified, I have my Doctor's OK to play hard.
Now I just need to find a car. Again.
I also need to find a shop that I can keep said car and be able to work on it.

So glad to hear it!

Finding a car should be relatively easy. Good racecars are cheap these days. A friend just picked up one of those Nascar mini-truck things for $3000. Full roller chassis. He spent another $2000 on LS1 and T-56. For $6000, he's got a car that will fly!

congratulations on the good news. Things have a way of working out in the long run with health matters. They just prepare you for the worst because there are a lot of bad things that can happen. Never can tell who the unlucky ones are. Sounds like you made the lucky list. Good luck.

Thank you.
Unfortunately, Mike's and all of those other cars are on the West Coast. To far to go pick it up and to expensive to have it delivered.

Gotta get dialed in on the popular transports. You can get your car shipped for as little as $500! If you are serious about one of the west coast cars there are definitely options on the shipping. Let me know and I'll point ya in the right direction.

I'll keep that in mind.

What I am looking for is something more along a solid and straight roller.
I still have the Spec engine that I was going to put in the last car.

Todd, if you haven't seen it yet, check out this car: http://www.asedan.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1722

$1800 OBO is a STEAL. Change the cam, intake, and headers and it's a CMC motor. Cage should be legal or at least close from what I can tell.

I need you to buy it so I don't end up with another race car which would end with me being a bachelor again.

Can you buy it for me while I get the I's dotted and the T's crossed with my sponsor?
Seriously though, I do have a sponsor. I will be announcing it as soon as I's are dotted, and the T's are crossed.

I figured. I must've forgot to hit send. I had one typed up that said it'd cost you twice that if I picked it up for you in the mean time due to angry female tax. Between my GF and mom, I'd be getting it in both ears.
