A guy on the A-sedan list is selling his 7500 series Penske's, and I thought someone here might be able to use them. No affiliation, etc...

Good find, added them to my watch list. Don't know that I really nead them, but if they go for low enough it would definitely be a nice upgrade.

On my watch list, too.

Wonder what they're worth?

Wow, quite a find. In used condition, they are probably worth at least $500 each. I haven't checked any prices but I think they go for over $1000 each new. Maybe Sam will pop in and voice an opinion on the value.

In other words, the Reserve is probably well above what I'm willing to spend. Oh well. I'll still watch them in case I catch everyone sleeping!!

Damn, I was hoping no one would see them. I was hoping I could win the auction just for the rears (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

All I need is the fronts. Perhaps we could work a deal! I'll give you $20.

Why don't you guys just call the guy and make him a deal offline. He might get sniped out at the last second anyways if 50 folks are watching <as I line up with a $175 snipe 1 second before the ending time> (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I was thinking about it for the rears, but I'm not sure how critical unsprung weight is to the shock valving, if I've got a 9" rear 40 lbs heavier than the 10 bolt...

Matt, PM me what your max bid was going to be. I was going to snipe them at a certain price, so it'd be in our best interest not to be bidding against each other. I'd definitely be interested in selling the fronts too if I win (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Andris, it's a big deal, don't bid! j/k (IMG:http://www.frrax.com/rrforum/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

The 7500's aren't that expensive since they're SA. I think list is less than $700/ea when new.
